Behind KPop – The Kpop Diet

They say that 2012 is the year of Kpop as more and more is being infected by the Hallyu wave. With their lively music, great talent and good looks, they will surely captivate your heart and will make you swoon over their charm. They are made to be perfect in all way.

To become an idol in Korea is no easy task. You have to have what it takes to become one. Their qualifications were beyond possible for a very young age. But having great determination is a step closer to become one and it doesn’t end in exceeding all the eliminations, its only the start when you survive.

If you’re a girl and you love Kpop, what intrigues you the most? I think most of the answer would be their looks and how they maintain it despite their busy schedule. Everyone wants to know their secrets and how to’s, some spend hours researching and on top of the most researched idol group is no other than Girl’s Generation (SNSD).

But behind those makeup and glamorous photos were hours spent at the gym and tons of discipline. Their beauty secret? DIET and EXERCISE!

For their diet, they’re only allowed to eat 1,500kcal/day. Imagine? Their menu plan consist of:
