The weather in Singapore is always hot and humid and it’s impossible to stay fresh all day. But you can always fake it by choosing an outfit that will give you a refreshing look. Play with colors and fabrics. Choose colors that has brightening effect like Mint Green and look for fabrics that is unlikely to wrinkle like chiffon. For makeup, decide which area you want to be the center of attention. I chose my lips so I dab on my favorite NARS Schiap Lipstick. Always keep the focus to only one area of the face, just enhance the others by applying light foundation/BB cream (best for hot and humid weather), a little bit of blush and eye make up. Remember, your make up and your outfit should always match. Have a good night everyone! 🙂
First stop – Marina Bay Sands! I wasn’t able to take a photo of my airport outfit ’cause of my excitement. Its been a while since I last updated my blog so let me make it up to you by updating it with a good one. I will be posting my Singapore travel diary for the next six days. Its a one hella crazy trip so expect crazy photos as well. Have a nice rainy day everyone 🙂
Sugar, spice and everything nice. From sugar almond organza layer dresses to barbie white stilettos, who can take their eyes off from these yummy sorbet color pieces that you almost want to eat. Warning: Too much sugar can be bad for your health. Don’t eat them, instead, WEAR THEM!
Who wouldn’t want to wear an LV dress? Its in every girl’s wishlist to include any designer item. But in life, whether its about practicality or financial status, it makes things become unreachable. I think that’s the reason why shops like Topshop, Zara, etc. where created. To recreate pieces from the runway in affordable prices without compromising the quality ofcourse.

They say that 2012 is the year of Kpop as more and more is being infected by the Hallyu wave. With their lively music, great talent and good looks, they will surely captivate your heart and will make you swoon over their charm. They are made to be perfect in all way.
To become an idol in Korea is no easy task. You have to have what it takes to become one. Their qualifications were beyond possible for a very young age. But having great determination is a step closer to become one and it doesn’t end in exceeding all the eliminations, its only the start when you survive.
If you’re a girl and you love Kpop, what intrigues you the most? I think most of the answer would be their looks and how they maintain it despite their busy schedule. Everyone wants to know their secrets and how to’s, some spend hours researching and on top of the most researched idol group is no other than Girl’s Generation (SNSD).
PERFECT aren’t they?
But behind those makeup and glamorous photos were hours spent at the gym and tons of discipline. Their beauty secret? DIET and EXERCISE!
For their diet, they’re only allowed to eat 1,500kcal/day. Imagine? Their menu plan consist of:
And here’s a video of Tiffany and Jessica’s workout:
For shapely legs:
Those videos were only part of their daily workout. Remember what I said, they spend hours, not just minutes.
Now, let’s talk about the other idol groups?
AfterSchool’s Uee – 1000kcal diet plan
Uee is one of the popular member in the group, she revealed that her secret to maintain healthy, toned S-line figure is by packing her own lunch composed of:
See? How much effort and discipline they put to themselves, they are not called idols for nothing. They care so much about their looks and even though they already achieved their best, they never fail to maintain it which makes them more inspiring. So, what kind of diet are going to do on Monday? Have a nice day everyone 🙂
Ever wonder how Japanese women manage to maintain their youthful, soft, glowing skin despite their age? They are well-known for having flawless skin that we all, let’s just admit, envy. Some says that it’s because of their genes, some says its because of the weather, the foods that they eat etc. But my researches says that it is because of their approach to beauty. It is true that they were born with soft, supple skin, even us did born with that, didn’t we? It is because we are filled with collagen and as we age, we start to lose them. In Japan, collagen infused anything is everywhere. From milk drink to skin care. They even have “beauty” restaurants that serve dishes that are naturally high in collagen. There, Its easy to avail those kind of things that’s why its easier for them to look good and age gracefully. Meanwhile in Philippines, a powdered collagen was introduced and many Filipinos became curious. And because I’m a beauty junkie, I’m quite aware of its effect and what to expect. I’ve been drinking this for about 3 weeks and even though I don’t have wrinkles and fine lines, I noticed its effect on the look and feel of my skin, it became smoother and softer. Some said I look healthy and glowing. Below are the photos taken after my 2 week intake of IVI Premium Collagen.
I can say that it’s really effective. I’m thankful that it is made available here. With regular intake of it, I know that I will age as gracefully as the Japanese women we all envy. ☺♥✌
